My name is Emerald and I’m an outdoor seasonal (trail crew-waitress-river guide-thru hiker) turned project manager. I help my community move from outdoor seasonal employment to a year-round career without losing their adventurous identities.

I believe together, we can demystify 9-to-5 work, showcase how outdoors-built skills can shine in other career paths, and help others find stable, fulfilling jobs that honor their love for the outdoors.
